'GABBARSINGH 10 Crores Ahead of 'Dookudu'

Powerstar Gabbarsingh still doing good bussiness.it already crossed dookudu. 'Dookudu' collected a share of Rs.54.45 crores at the end of its full run. This movie stood at number two position after 'Magadheera' till the release of 'gabbar singh'. This movie had also ran 50 days and 100 days in good number of centers. Power Star Pawan Kalyan's 'gabbar singh' collected a share of Rs.63.56 crores at the end of its five weeks run. In sixth week also, the movie has already collected almost Rs.1 crore. On a whole, the movie is likely to get a clear majority over 'Dookudu' with Rs.10 crores at the end of its six weeks run. However, it still lags behind the share of 'Magadheera', as the latter collected a full run share of Rs.78 crores in its Telugu version without the inclusion of the rights of satellite and audio. As 'GS' is still getting very good shares, it is interesting to see where it stops.

Sandhya 70mm (Hyderabad - 217 days), Amir (Cudappah - 161 days), Leela Mahal (Vizag - 125 days), Maha Laxmi (Bheemavaram - 146 days), Sailaja (Vijayawada - 147 days) and Liberty(Guntur 224 days). Pawan's fifth film, Tammudu, did a wonderful job at the Box office. This film has defied the law of gravity when it came to Pawan Kalyan's career graph. All detractors of Pawan, who dubbed Toliprema as a flash in the pan could not mince their words and ate the humble pie after seeing this film. The trade pundits started comparing his box office performance with that of his elder brother Chiranjeevi. This film ran for 100 days in 23 centers in spite of all odds created. This film ran for 176 days in Yuvaraj, Vijayawada. His sixth film, Badri, which started with a flop talk turned out to be a mega grosser. Thanks to the one-man-ship of Pawan Kalyan. Most of the frontline critics have written off Racha as a poorly made film, but they failed to read the commercially viable elements in the film. That is the reason why the film got super hit talk right from the first show.

Other heroes fans and the people who have written it off waited for the film to slow down after first weekend. But Racha's racha continued until the first week records were shattered. Even then it hasn't slowed down. The collections on 13th day are steady without a hint of drop. 2 weeks collections of Racha will stand above 2 weeks collections of Businessman, which is currently in the 3rd spot in all time hits list.

But Racha is going to take its place for sure as per the collections trend. There will not be any strong opposition for Racha in its third week too. Therefore the dream run will continue until Dammu arrives. Which means Racha in all probabilities will make it to top 3 list. Of course if Dhammu clicks and reach the expectations then Racha's third rank would be at stake. Who knows even Dookudu might be toppled if not Magadheera.
